The Northland volleyball team hosted their first conference opponent of the season today as Bethany Lutheran College came to town. The LumberJills played very well against the Vikings, but came up a bit short losing in four sets. Bethany won the first two sets 25-19, but Northland came back fighting and won the third set 26-24 before falling in the final set 18-25.
Camille Eastburn paced the LumberJill offense with 18 kills and two service aces she also had 14 digs in the match.
Julia Jehn also had a good all around performance today with six kills and nine digs.
Adrianna Galtieri was solid in the Libero position today as she recorded 21 digs, while
Hannah Hitchcock had 12 to go along with her 24 assists.
"I was really proud of the team today. They have been through a lot together this week, pushed through it and came out playing together as a team. We are battling through some injuries but today they showed that they have fight." Said coach

th at 7pm.
