ASHLAND, Wis. – Three student-athletes on the Northland College Softball team were named to the College Sports Communications (CSC) Academic All-District Team announced on Monday, May 28. Sophomores Janna Bode, and Hailey Minnema, and senior Lenisa Tomasini earned the honor.
 
To be eligible for the award student-athletes must be at least a sophomore, have a 3.5 or higher cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale), and play in at least 90 percent of the games or start in 66 percent of the games this season.
 
Northland College is an NCAA Division III institution located in Ashland, WI. The LumberJacks and LumberJills sponsor 14 varsity sports and compete in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference, Midwest Lacrosse Conference, and the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
