BECKER, Minn.--- The Northland College Men's Golf team traveled to Becker, MN this afternoon opening the 2022 Fall season at the UMAC Preview at the Becker Golf Course. The Jacks shot a team score of 360, finishing in 7th place.

George Butvilas and Jordan Brennan led the way for the Jacks, both shooting a team best 88. Connor Taylor and Kenny Styles carded rounds of 92 who both competed in their first NCAA tournament. Ben Varga rounded out the scoring for the Jacks, shooting an 94. 

The Jacks will travel to Spooner, WI on Sep 14th to compete in the UWS Invite at the Spooner Golf Course. 

Northland College is an NCAA Division III institution located in Ashland, WI. The LumberJacks and LumberJills sponsor 14 varsity sports and compete in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference, Midwest Lacrosse Conference and the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
