The Northland College Men's Golf team competed in the University of Northwestern Invite on Tuesday at Majestic Oaks Golf Club in Ham Lake, Minnesota.

The LumberJack baseball team traveled to Ham Lake, Minnesota on Tuesday morning to compete in the University of Northwestern Invite. Playing in the UMAC only event at Majestic Oaks Golf Club, Northland golfers shot a 359 on the day, good enough for a tie for 7th. University of Northwestern won the event with a final score of 331.
Individually,
George Butvilas had a great day on the course turning in a card of 81, two strokes off the lead, to finish in a tie for third.
Jordan Brennan tallied an 84 on the day, finishing tied for 9th.
Connor Taylor,
Isaiah Gueths and
Parker Severson rounded out the LumberJack scorers. Northwestern's Shane Seiffert and UW-Superior's Ian Bundy tied to win the event with a 79.
The LumberJacks will be back on the road on Friday, as they head to Mankato, Minnesota for the Bethany Lutheran Invite.
Northland College is an NCAA Division III institution located in Ashland, WI. The LumberJacks and LumberJills sponsor 14 varsity sports and compete in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference, Midwest Lacrosse Conference and the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
