ST. PAUL, Minn.--- The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference announced its weekly player of the week awards this afternoon (10/4). Northlands Rachel Callow and Larissa Fossum have been named UMAC Setter of the Week and UMAC Offensive Player of the Week.

Callow, a Sophomore from Phillips, WI helped lead the Jills to a 3-0 week with wins over Finlandia, Crown and UM-Morris. She collected 41 assists against Finlandia, 31 against Crown and 35 more against Morris. Callow currenly sits on top of the conference with a 7.96 avg/s.

Fossum, a Junior from Bloomer, WI was nominate last week for the Jills as she led all LumberJills with 45 kills last week and 6 aces. Fossum currently sits in 4th in the UMAC averaging 3.9 kills per set and second in points with 3.67 per set.
