The Northland College volleyball team has had 2 student-athletes recognized on the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference All-Conference Award lists.

Senior outside hitter Bethany Best earned a Second Team All-Conference honor.  She played in 25 matches (76 sets) this season scoring 2.39 points/set.  She was 9^th in conference for kills per set with 2.47.  She was also 13^th in the UMAC for points

Freshman middle blocker Amelia Olson, who played in 25 matches (73 sets) this season, was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team.

Head volleyball coach Kim Falkenhagen commented: "These honors are a team effort and everyone contributed to these two ladies' success.  We are all proud of them and their recognition in the UMAC."

Northland College is an NCAA institution located in Ashland, WI. The LumberJacks and LumberJills sponsor 15 varsity sports and compete in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference and the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association.
