Milwaukee, Wis.- The LumberJills lost today in both rounds of the Alverno Volleyball tournament to both Illinois Tech College and Alverno University today. During the game against Illinois Tech, Camille Eastburn led the LumberJills in attacks with 7 attacks. Cassie Baumgarten led the LumberJills in digs with 11 digs. Alison Blackford, who had 7 digs, followed her.
 
In the game against Alverno Eastburn had 10 kills, again leading the LumberJills. However for this game Blackford led the Jills in digs with 17 but Baumgarten was very close behind with 13. The LumberJills played hard until the finish against both of their competitors.
 
The LumberJills will be back in action on September 19th as the Jills face off Bethany Lutheran in Mankato, Minn.
