Jacks Get Tripped Up on the Road to Bethany

MANKATO, Minn.--- The Northland College Men's Soccer team continued UMAC conference play this afternoon as they traveled to Mankato, MN to take on the Vikings from Bethany Lutheran. Bethany scored three goals in the first half and two more insurance goals in the second to take today's match 5-0 over the Jacks.

After falling into a 2-0 hole halfway through the first, Bethany made it 3-0 with minutes remaining in the half to take a 3-0 lead into halftime. Bethany went on to strike two more times quickly in the second half to go on to take today's match 5-0 over the Jacks. 

Gabriel Casco led all LumberJacks with three shots. 

Jamie Colvill made 7 saves in net today for the Jacks. 

The Jacks are back in action next Friday (Sep 30th) as they travel to Minnesota Morris. Game time is set for 4:30pm.
