Eau Claire, WI - The Northland College LumberJacks dropped the first game of their two game playoff series against the the UW-Eau Claire BluGolds on Friday evening.  Both teams meet again on Saturday, with the Jacks in need of a win to force a 20 minute mini-game that would determine who would advance in the WIAC playoffs.  

The BlueGolds jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first period and used two goals in the second period to start to pull away.  Jack Craycroft got one gol back for the Jacks in the third period.

Game two is set for Saturday at 7:00PM at Eau Claire.
