Ashland, WI - The Northland College Lumberjills took on the UW-River Falls Falcons on Friday evening.  The Falcons, ranked as high as #4 in the country in the latest USCHO Poll, got off to a hot start and cruised to a 14-0 win.  The Jills are now 1-16-1 and 0-5 in the WIAC.  The Falcons improved to 15-1 on the year.  

Soleil Archambeault made 58 saves in net for the Jills over the first two periods.  Corrin Hanson made 18 saves in the third period for the Jills. 

The Jills are in action tomorrow for a rematch against the Falcons at 2:00PM.
