Eagles Top Jacks

Ashland, WI - George Butvilas scored 20 points for the Northland College Lumberjacks but it wasn't enough as the Jacks fell 95-70 to the University of Northwestern Eagles on Saturday afternoon.  The Jacks are now 3-15 on the year and 2-5 in the UMAC.  The Eagles improved to 13-4 and 7-0 in the UMAC.

Butvilas led the Jacks with 20 points on 7-14 shooting.  Jordan Brennan added 17 points on 6-14 shooting.  Harley Shear had 11 points and led the team with six rebounds.  

The Jacks are in action next on Saturday when they travel to UW-Superior.
