Biography

Harley enjoyed a solid high school career and helped his team capture two state championships.  From there, Harley played for Anoka Ramsey Community College and helped his team place fourth in the junior college national tournament.  During the 2019-20 season, Harley made eight starts and appeared in 16 games for the Jacks.   Harley scored 16 points on 8-13 shooting on January 2nd against Finlandia University.
