NEW ULM, Minn.--- The Northland College Women's Soccer team continued UMAC conference play this afternoon as they traveled to New Ulm, MN for a match vs. Martin Luther College. The Jills scored two goals in the first half and never looked back, picking up a victory over the Knights 2-1.

Greta Keffer, who has been strong all season for the Jills, got her team on the board at the 15' mark of the first half to go up 1-0, scoring off of a free kick just outside the box. After taking the 1-0 lead into the half, the Jills added an insurance team goal to make it 2-0. MLC would add a goal with just seconds remaining in the half but the Jills would roll to the 2-1 win over the Knights.

Elysabeth Lough made 7 saves in net today for the Jills.
The Jills are back in action this Tuesday as they travel to Minneapolis, MN for a UMAC match vs. North Central MN. Game time is set to start at 3:30pm.
