The Jacks traveled to De Pere, WI tonight for a Northern Collegiate Hockey Association matchup against #6 ranked the St. Norbert College Green Knights.

The teams skated up and down the rink battling for possession of the puck early in the first period. The Green Knights broke through first with 5:28 elapsed in the period. The Jacks would shore up their defense, but the Green Knights would be able to score two more times before the end of the period. The Jacks would go into the second down 3-0.

The Jacks came out strong in the second as they would threaten to cut down the Green Knights' lead. However, they weren't able to get on the board. The Jacks would be strong defensively throughout the second period, but the Green Knights would be able to add to their lead with 16:31 elapsed in the period. The Jacks went into the third down 4-0.

The Green Knights added an insurance goal early in the third. The Jacks continued to create opportunities, but weren't able to chip away at the deficit. The Green Knights would add two more before the end of regulation. The Jacks fell by a final score of 7-0.

David Krejcik recorded 10 saves, while Victor Forslund recorded 25.

The Jacks will be back on the ice tomorrow (1/19) at Finlandia University. Puck drop is set for 6pm.
