ASHLAND, Wis. - The Jacks drew their 2014-2015 season to a close at the Bay Area Civic Center against St. Norbert on Saturday. The LumberJacks and Green Knights would end their final battle of the weekend with a 5-0 finale in favor of the Green Knights. The Jacks honored seniors Matt Valley (Thunder Bay, Ont./Fort William North Stars-SIJHL), Matt Lennon (Reedsburg, Wis./Madison Capitals-AAA) and Zeke Yslas (Denver, Col./Seattle Totems-WSHL) in their final game.

The Jacks and Green Knights continued to provide entertainment with a physical matchup and an open game. The Green Knights edged the Jacks 32-19 in shots in an aggressive, fast-paced attacking showdown. A first period late goal by the Green Knights and an additional late goal in the second would prove the be the deciding factor as the Jacks competed for their seniors in this Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA) matchup. The Green Knights would then tally 3 goals in the final period.

Jesse DiLillo (Fresno, Cal./NJ Renegades-MetJHL) made 27 saves for the Jacks while Tony Kujava made 19 for the Green Knights.

The Jacks wrapped up their 2014-2015 season under first-year head coach Seamus Gregory.
