Coach Quinlan has served as the assistant coach for the Ashland High School boys’ soccer team from 2012- present after serving as a volunteer assistant in 2011. During this time the boy's team compiled a record of 69-14-5, and won the Division III State Championship in 2013. He has served as a volunteer assistant coach for the Ashland High School girls’ soccer team since 2012. During that time the girl's program compiled a record of 74-8-8 and made 3 final four appearances in the state tournament at Division III. Quinlan coached youth soccer at all levels for the Chequamegon Bay Soccer Club for twelve years prior to coaching at the high school level. He holds a USSF National "D" License.
