Coach Q (Henry Quinlan) has served as a volunteer assistant coach for Northland College men's soccer since 2017 and for the NC women's soccer team in 2016. He was an assistant coach for the Ashland High School boy’s soccer team from 2011 – 2016, which included a 2013 Wisconsin Division III State Championship. He was a volunteer assistant coach for the Ashland HS girl’s soccer team from 2011 to 2019. The girl's program made 4 final four appearances in the Wisconsin State Tournament at Division III during that time period. He holds a USSF National "D" Coaching License and served as a Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association soccer referee for eight years. Henry works as a fish biologist for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in Ashland.
