Gruhlke played in 15 games getting the start in 13 in her freshman season with Northland Softball... She ended the season with a .097 batting average with three hits... Gruhlke also drew three walks on the season and recorded on sac hit... In the field she tallied 17 putouts, 19 assists and had a .766 fielding percentage... In the final game against Minnesota Morris Gruhlke was called upon to pitch where she tossed three innings, including a scoreless fourth inning.
