HOLLAND, Mich. – The Northland College Lacrosse team was defeated on the road 25-2 by Hope College Wednesday evening in Holland, Mich. Senior
Elijah Clark made a program high 32 saves.

Clark was tested early, making his first save 30 seconds into the game. The Flying Dutchmen would strike soon after and not look back. In the final seconds of the opening quarter,
Logan Gallagher beat the Hope College goaltender to get the Jacks on the board. It wouldn't be until the final quarter till Northland would score again. Gallagher would fire a shot that would just barely cross the line for the next LumberJack goal.

Gallagher led the team with two points both from unassisted goals.
Andrew Study was the only other LumberJack to record a shot on target in the contest. Gallagher led the team in groundball with seven with
Christian Shields and
Trey Taylor following with four. Taylor had a team-high two caused turnovers. In goal, Clark finished with a 56.1 percent save rate along with a program high 32 saves.

The LumberJacks play at home for their next game on April 6 as they host William Penn University at 1 p.m.
