The LumberJacks dropped a conference game at home on Friday night, getting shutout by UW-Stout 0-4.

Box Score

The Northland College Men's Hockey team opened a Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference series at home on Friday night, playing host to UW-Stout. The Blue Devils scored twice in the first period and twice in the third to win the contest. The LumberJacks were out-shot 20-40 in the game. Both teams went 0-for-2 on the powerplay on the night.

Chris Curr (St. Albert, Alb.) got the start in goal for the LumberJacks. He made 36 saves on the night.

Northland (1-16-1, 1-7-0 WIAC) and Stout will conclude their season series tomorrow afternoon. Puck drop is scheduled for 3:00 PM at the Bay Area Civic Center.
