SUPERIOR, Wis.--- The Northland College Volleyball team wrapped up play this afternoon at day 2 of the Subway Stinger Classic in Superior, WI. The Jills dropped game one to Nebraska Wesleyan (3-0) and in game two vs. St. Scholastica (3-1).
After dropping the first game, 25-10 against Nebraska Wesleyan, the Jills just barely fell in game two 26-24 before ultimately dropping the third game 25-12 and match 3-0 to NWU.
Shelby Justman led all LumberJills with 5 kills.
In game two against St. Scholastica, it was the LumberJills who took control of the first set, winning 25-12. St Scholastica would go on to win the next three sets, 25-20, 25-19 and 25-12 to win the match 3-1 over the Jills. Justman (10) and
Bailey Wynn (9) led the LumberJills in kills in game two while
Rachel Callow pitched in for 26 assists.

Shelby Justman was named to the All-Tournament team after the completion of the tournament, finishing with 24 kills on the weekend.
The Jills are back in action next weekend (Sep16-17) as the travel to Appleton, WI for the Lawrence Invite with matches set against Rockford University, Lawrence University, Mount Mary University and Maranatha Baptist.
