Tucson, AZ--- The Northland College Baseball team took the field on day two of their Spring trip in Tucson, AZ this afternoon against a very strong Wabash College. The Jacks would fall by a final score of 15-1.
Box Score
After finding themselves in an early hole, trailing Wabash 7-0 after three innings, Freshman
Zack Nelson would get the Jacks on the board with a single to center field, scoring
Hunter Wicklund to make it 7-1. Unfortunately that would be the only run the Jacks would bring home this afternoon, as the bats from Wabash continued to stay hot as they would go on to take the game 15-1 over the Jacks.
Nelson would lead all LumberJacks at the plate, going a perfect 2 for 2.
Anthony Boyle,
