LISLE, IL--- The Northland College Men's Lacrosse team traveled to Lisle, IL this afternoon for a non-conference matchup against Benedictine University. The Jacks would open today's scoring but ultimately fall to the Eagles, 19-6.

Brodie Trollop opened the scoring in today's game just two minutes in to give the Jacks the early 1-0 lead. He was assisted by Christopher Lesh on the goal. The Eagles would however respond, scoring the games next 5 goals of the game in the first to make it 5-1. Jakob Wohlford continued his strong start of the season with a goal (assisted by Lesh) to make it 5-2. Wohlford would add another in the second as the Jacks trailed at the half 9-3. 

Anden Stroik, Matt Maudsley, Wohlford (third of the game) added goals for the Jacks in the second half but it wouldn't be enough as the Jacks would drop today's match 19-6 to the Eagles. 

The Jacks continue conference play this Wednesday (March 16th) as they travel to St. Paul, MN for a match against Northwestern MN. Game time is set for 6pm.
