Ashland, WI - The Jacks lost their final home game of the 2021-22 regular season on Saturday afternoon to the North Central University Rams by a score of 79-59 on Saturday evening. The game was close throughout until the Rams went on a run late in the second half. The Rams are now 7-5 in the UMAC and 13-10 overall. The Jacks are 5-18 on the year and 4-8 in the UMAC. Â
The Jacks came out hot to start the game and led halfway through the first half, but the Rams responded and took a six point lead into halftime. Th Rams opened up an 18 point lead in the second half, but the Jacks came storming back and cut the lead to six. The Rams responded with several key stops and were able to open the game back up to pick up the 79-59 win. The Jacks are currently fifth in the UMAC with their final two games being played on the road next weekend.
