Ashland, WI - The Northland College Lumberjills got a break from WIAC hockey with the non-conference matchup against the Concordia Minnesota Cobbers.  The Cobbers ultimately took home a 4-0 win which dropped the Jills to 0-8 on the year.  

Soleil Archambeault kept the Jills in the game throughout the evening as she made 32 saves in the first period alone, and 64 in the game.  The Cobbers used a goal in both the first and second period before adding two in the third period to put the game away.  

The Jills are in action next on Saturday when they host Finlandia University.
