Jills Cruise Past Storm

Saint Bonifacius, MN – The Northland College Lumberjills ended their weekend road trip on a high note with a 3-0 sweep over UMAC opponent Crown College.  The Jills battled to a 28-26 win in the opening set before finishing the match with a 25-11 win in the second, and a 25-21 win in the third to take the match. 

The Jills improved to 1-4 in the UMAC and 3-10 overall on the year. 

Elizabeth Montgomery led the Jills with 11 kills while Alexa Zadra had 18 digs. 

The Jills are in action next on Friday when they host Finlandia University.
