The Northland College Volleyball team hosted North Central University (MN) and Finlandia University today at Kendrigan Gymnasium for a triangular. The Jills would take care of business, winning 3-0 in both sets vs. the Rams and Lions.Â

In game one vs. North Central, the Jills would dominate the first set, winning 25-14 as they rallied off a 7 rally halfway through the set. The Rams would keep things close in the second and third set but the Jills would go on to win sets 2 and 3, 25-22 for the match.
Bailey Wynn would continue her strong start to the year, finishing with 11 kills. Justin Litherland would finish with 7.
Kennedi Bernia would finish game one with 12 digs while
Emma Rusch collected 20 assists.Â
In game two vs. Finlandia, the Jills would win in all three sets in convincing fashion (25-16, 25-14, 25-14).
Vivienne Kallio would lead the Jills with 10 kills.
Justine Litherland and
Bailey Wynn would finish with 7. Bernia would lead the Jills with 11 digs while Rusch would collect 20 assists.Â
North Central would win 3-1 over Finlandia in the other match of today's triangular.Â
The Jills will finish off their non-conference schedule on Friday (September 27th) vs. Hamline University on the road before starting UMAC play on Saturday (September 28th) vs. Bethany Lutheran in Manktato, MN. Â Â
