The Jacks hosted the University of Wisconsin Eau-Claire Blugolds today at the Chapple Family Gymnasium for a non-conference matchup.

An early 10-0 run by the Jacks in the first half would give them a 19-9 lead over the Blugolds. The Jacks held pressure on the Blugolds, eventually building a 12 point lead. The Blugolds started to chip away at the Jacks' lead, but the Jacks would be able to answer. A late rally by the Blugolds would cut the Jacks lead down to 3. The Jacks went into halftime up 36-33.

The Blugolds tied it up at 36-36 to start the second. An 8-0 Blugolds' run allowed them to start to build a lead over the Jacks. The Jacks cut the deficit down to 5 early in the second, but the Blugolds were able to put together a 9-0 run and widen their lead to 14. The Jacks started to rally late in the half, but it wouldn't be enough. They fell by a final score of 72-61.

Brandon Galland recorded a team high 17 points, while Modesta Britten added 14. Britten led the team with 11 rebounds, while Ben Arqueros Jr. added 5.

The Jacks will play again 12/8 against Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN. Tip off is scheduled for 6:45pm.
