    "I chose Northland because I like the smaller class sizes. I feel like it is easier to create good relationship with your professors and other students at the school. When coming to Northland and joining the women’s ice hockey team, I instantly felt welcomed and a part of a family. I also like that everything is on campus and within walking distance. Some things I like to do outside of classes are visiting Lake Superior, especially during the Northern lights, and going to Houghton Falls with friends to hike"
