Northland College Athletics

Kaylee Harnen serves as the Assistant Women’s Hockey coach and is in her second year. Her responsibilities include; working closely with the defensemen, planning and running of skills sessions throughout the season, coordinate team travel, and assist in recruiting.

Harnen, a native of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. She played for the inaugural ACHA DI Women's Hockey team at Adrian College, where she would graduate with a degree in Exercise Science and Sports Management in 2016. Harnen then attended Northeastern University and earned a Masters in Sports Leadership with a concentration in Collegiate Athletics in 2018. During her time at Northeastern she worked in their Athletics Business Office and also interned at Harvard University.
