To start the game, Northland won the tip and got the ball to Thepmontry for an open layup, marking her first points on Senior Day after an injury had cut her season short. The LumberJills gave the Knights an open look, and the game was tied at two. The Knights took advantage of Northland's slow start, building a solid lead. Britta Josephson scored the next points for the Jills with a layup in the paint.

The second quarter was slightly better for the LumberJills. After a quiet start, Leah Allan earned a trip to the line, where she went 2-for-2. On the next possession, Allan hit from behind the arc for the team's first three-pointer. Hannah Peel would score the team's final points of the half with a free throw and a layup.

Rempp scored her first points of the game two minutes into the second half with a layup, then hit a three-pointer on the Jills' next shot. Allan would shoot 2-of-2 at the line. Hanna Hoskin added four points in the final part of the quarter.

Allan continued her perfect free-throw shooting with two more makes. Hoskin and Josephson both found success in the paint, scoring on back-to-back drives. With under two minutes remaining, Rempp hit another three-pointer. She also scored on a layup, marking the final collegiate points scored in the Kendrigan Center Chapple Family Gymnasium.

Allan and Rempp led the scoring, each with 10 points. Josephson and Hoskin followed with seven and six points, respectively. Peel added five points, and Thepmontry chipped in two. Defensively, Rempp grabbed 10 rebounds for her second double-double of the season. Allan finished behind her with seven. Northland had three blocks, with Josephson, Hoskin, and Peel each recording one.
