Ashland, WI - The Northland College LumberJills fell to the visiting UW-Stevens Point Pointers on Saturday evening by a score of 6-0. The Jills are now 1-9-1 overall and 0-4 in the WIAC.
Teagen Johnson made 41 saves in net for the Jills. Johnson kept her team in the game in the first period but the Pointers used three goals in the second period to pull away.
The Jills get a break from the WIAC and are in action next on Friday when they host St. Olaf at 7:00PM.
