ASHLAND, Wis.--- The Northland College Women's Hockey team hosted St. Norbert College this afternoon at the Bay Area Civic Center in game two of their two game series against the Green Knights. St. Norbert scored three times in the opening 3 minutes of today's contest and never looked back, winning 4-0.

Karadyn Kiviaho and Mahteya Dumlie would both have quality scoring chances late in the period but couldn't connect as St. Norbert took the 3-0 lead into the second period. The Jills would continue to fight hard in the second as
Mikayla Santjer and
Nevaeh Trihey would have back to back chances to score but again couldn't connect as the score would remain 3-0. St. Norbert would add an insurance goal in the third period and take today's game 4-0 over the Jills.
Teagen Johnson would make 35 saves in net today for the Jills.
The Jills open WIAC conference play this Thursday as they travel to UW-Eau Claire. Puck drop is set for 7pm.
