Jacks Can't Catch Beavers

Bemidji, MN - The Northland College Lumberjacks continued their tough opening schedule on Saturday afternoon by visiting the Bemidji State Beavers.  The Beavers, of the DII Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference, used a big first half to improve to 3-0 on the year.  The Jacks are now 0-6 on the year.  

George Butvilas led the Jacks with points on 5-11 shooting.  Hunter Moe added 12 points on 5-7 shooting. 

The Jacks are off until Thanksgiving weekend when they travel to Iowa to play Central on Saturday, and Simpson on Sunday.
