Eagles Top Jacks

Ashland, WI – The Northland College Lumberjacks hosted the University of Northwestern Eagles on Saturday afternoon in UMAC action.  The Jacks battled throughout the game but ultimately couldn't catch the Eagles as Northwestern came away with the 83-60 win.

Max May led the Jacks with 19 points.  May shot 7-10 from the field and 3-6 from downtown.    

The Jacks are now 4-14 overall and 1-8 in the UMAC.  Northwestern improved to 12-6 overall and 8-1 in UMAC play.  The Jacks are in action next on Wednesday when they travel to UW-Superior.
