Morris, MN - The Northland College Lumberjacks used 47 points in the second to overcome a nine point halftime deficit and defeat the University of Minnesota-Morris Cougars by a score of 76-71. With the win the Jacks are 3-6 on the year and 1-1 in UMAC play.
Max May had a team high 17 points on 7-13 shooting.
Harley Shear and
Devyn Frye each added 13 points on 6-8 shooting, with Shear also grabbing nine rebounds.
The Jacks are in action next on Wednesday when they host UW-Stout in non-conference action.
