Jills Fall to Saints

Ashland, WI – The Northland College Women's Volleyball program wrapped up their 2019 campaign on Wednesday evening against the College of Saint Scholastica Saints.  The Jills battled but ultimately fell to the Saints in straight sets, by scores of 25-14, 25-15, and 25-12. 

The Saints were led by Brooke Schermann who had eight kills.  The Jills were led by junior Justine Litherland who had nine kills.  Defensively, Kennedi Bernia led the way for the Jills with 27 digs. 

The Jills finished their season with a 9-16 record overall, which is more than double the amount of wins from the 2018 season.
